Michael Givens MD

Dr Givens was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona.   He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University.  After college, he attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.  He continued his medical training at UCLA by completing a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation followed by a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Pain Management.   Dr Givens strives to provide an innovative treatment approach to musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management.  He is dedicated to building an understanding of each patient’s unique needs so that he can provide high quality care
